Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we are happy to ship worldwide. In fact, the majority of our products are shipped overseas.
Q: Where are your items shipped from?
A: We are located just outside of Sydney, Australia.
Q: How often do you ship out your items?
A: We ship out 5 days a week, which are the days our postal service operates.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Yes we now offer express shipping for Suitjamas see options at the checkout for normal and express for both domestic and international customers.
Q: Do you have a tracking number for my item?
A: Australia Post does not have tracking numbers for international items sent via non express services. We do however take a picture of every package that we send out and can often track the unique customs number that every package has. To date, we have had virtually no problems with packages not being received. All domestic items normal and express can be tracked online.
Q: How long does it take for shipping to my country?
A: Shipping times do vary greatly, and some countries have very slow customs departments which can not be avoided. You can take a look at the Australia Post website located here for estimtated shipping times. Please note they are average times and during peak periods there may be delays. This also does not include customs clearance times. Generally customs in the USA take approximately 1-2 business days. Most of Europe is also around the same time frame. The servies we use are called Express Courier International and Airmail.
Q: Why does shipping to Germany take so long?
A: We wish that we knew! We have been told that delivery to Germany takes 7-10 days on average, but customs clearances occasionally can take up to 2 weeks. The best thing for German customers to do is to contact you local post office and seek advice on how long customs clearance times are at the time of your order if the order it taking longer than 2 weeks to arrive. It can become delayed during peak periods.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We do reduce down postage charges for larger orders. All orders over $200 have free international shipping which can be quite a substantial saving and we chage the same flat rate shipping price for 1 or 2 Suitjamas.
Q: What are your Suitjamas made out of?
A: Our Suitjamas are made out of an easy care satin blend. This was chosen as it looks great, and can be machine washed on a setting with low heat. We are quite lazy here and do not like the idea of dry cleaning or hand washing each time.
Q: Do you give bulk discounts?
A: Yes, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a group of people who would like to purchase Suitjamas for a party or function. This is a very popular option amongst University/College students, bucks/bachelor parties.
Q: What should I do once my Suitjamas arrive?
A: We know that once your Suitjamas arrive the first thing everyone wants to do is try them on. However, before you wear them out for the first time, we do suggest giving them an iron on a low setting (low heat). They look even better once they have been pressed. If you are unsure of doing this yourself, this can be done by any dry cleaner for a few dollars. Of course this is not a requirement and does not affect the life of your Suitjamas in anyway - it does make you look much sexier though!
Q: Why do your Suitjamas cost so much?
A: There are people who do think the cost of our Suitjamas are quite expensive, however you need to bear in mind this is a custom designed, 3 piece suit with a tie. When you look at the cost for each item, it really is quite reasonable. Everyone who has received their Suitjamas have loved them as well!
Q: Can you help me choose the correct sizing?
A: Of course, we are always happy to help out where we can. However the best thing to do is to use our detailed sizing chart and measure yourself against our listed sizes. Of course if you do get the sizing wrong, we are always happy to exchange.
Q: I wear size x clothing, what size would you recommend for me?
A: As a general rule, we recommend you choose a size 1 size larger than your current fitted shirt size. This allows you to maintain a "fitted" sort of look, whilst adding extra comfort for sleeping (or partying).
Q: What is your return / exchange policy?
A: If unfortunately your item does not fit, we are happy to exchange. For this to occur the item must be in "As New" condition complete with packaging. We can not exchange items which have been worn for extended periods of time. We are able to issue refunds for purchases only if the item is proven to be defective, or not as described at the time of order.

We can exchange them for you. Please include inside the package your requested size you wish to exchange for (from XS to XXXL) as well as your return postal address. Please note that we do reserve the right to charge for return postage to cover our costs but normally we will send out a set once more free of charge.
Q: How do I wash and care for my Suitjamas?
A: Ideally you should hand wash your Suitjamas on a cold setting, however we here are very lazy and have found it is possible to machine wash your Suitjamas. The most important thing to do is make sure that they are not exposed to any heat. This means they should be washed on a cold setting, and if you do choose to tumble dry them, also choose a setting with low heat.
Q: How do I make my Suitjamas look their best?
A: Suitjamas look a lot better after they have been ironed or pressed. If you are not very good at ironing, you can normally get this done from a dry cleaner for just a few dollars. It's definately money well spent for wearing them out or going to parties.
Q: Are you a registered Company?
A: Yes, we are a registered company within Australia.
Q: Why did you create Suitjamas?
A: We created the product because we are big fans of the show How I Met Your Mother, and we could not find the product anywhere! We took it upon ourselves to create the highest quality Suitjamas we could, to ensure all the Barney Stinson fan's around at world would be happy with what we produced. Feedback we have received indicates we have done a pretty good job!
Q: Are your products licensed merchandise?
A: We wanted to get the products to other fans as quickly and cheaply as possible so we haven't yet pursued obtaining branding rights to manufacture a range of merchandise for the How I Met You Mother™ franchise so we have refrained from using any How I Met Your Mother™ branding on our products or marketing. To this day no officially licensed How I Met Your Mother™ Suitjamas are available to purchase.

A: Initially we were providing samples for reviewers, but now that the product has been well received in the market we are no longer offering this. If you believe you are able to expose our product to a large audience, we are always happy to see if we can help with samples from time to time.
